The beach access was excellent and the ocean views from the room were stunning. Unfortunately, the elevators were often out of service, which caused long wait times. The indoor pool was closed during our stay. Kids enjoyed the game room and the outdoor activities. A mixed experience overall.

The elevators were a nightmare, often broke down mid-ride. It’s frustrating to be stuck inside with others, while the rest waited for one working elevator—total chaos! Definitely not what I expected.

Staff like William at reception were exceptional, offering clear guidance. the pool bathrooms were flooded throughout our stay—a glaring oversight. Noise above us disrupted our peace, and management's response was lacking. The cleanliness of shared spaces fell short; While the room had potential with nice paintwork, furniture needed serious updates. The parking situation is chaotic, and access to amenities like the elevator required patience. This wasn’t the peaceful getaway we hoped for; next time, I'll consider other options.

The room was clean and had nice furnishings, but it felt outdated. Some lights didn’t work, making it dim. The temperature control was decent, keeping the room comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom was very small and not functional for our needs. The broken elevator made transporting our luggage a hassle. Housekeeping was lacking, with no service for days. I was disappointed the indoor pool and hot tub were closed. Accessibility was poor due to a lack of carts. The room had a pleasant view of the beach, which was a plus. Maintenance is definitely needed throughout the property.

The beachfront location is a win, but that’s where the positives end. Countless maintenance issues: a leaking toilet, loose fixtures, and a crack in the tub. The indoor pool was cloudy, and the outdoor one was closed. Our room wasn’t clean; hair in the shower? Really? And don’t expect breakfast—the restaurant was closed. A large, rowdy group left the beach in shambles, and staff seemed indifferent. There was a nice manager and a helpful lady named Stephanie, but that couldn't salvage the experience. Definitely not returning after this messy visit.

Loved the beach views from the room and having indoor parking for my trailer and motorcycle was super convenient. The room had modern updates, a spacious refrigerator, and a clean bathroom with great shower facilities.
Despite the positives, there were some drawbacks such as the icy cold pools, issues with the sliding door, and maintenance problems in public areas like the restrooms. It was disappointing that the restaurant was closed, and we had to drive to find dining options.

With just a short walk to the beach where you can enjoy beautiful views, this hotel is central to Myrtle Beach's vibrant attractions like the iconic SkyWheel and the lively Boardwalk, both within 15 to 20 minutes on foot, making it perfect for leisurely strolls and exploration; the spacious rooms are designed well with good amenities to make your stay enjoyable, but the maintenance could use some improvement, like a cleaner pool area.

Good parking availability, but one-way entrance and ramp traffic may be a bit backed up. Beach view, friendly staff, and engaging front desk, especially Kyanna.

The location was perfect, right on the beach offering a stunning view. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. the game room and food and beverage bar were exceptional amenities that added to the overall experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel was a major letdown. Cockroaches were found in the rooms, and the common areas were dirty and poorly maintained.

They've been rocking the Grand Strand for years with their awesome shows. It's like a mind-bending theme park for music lovers. Our family had a fantastic time here!

Sun N Sand Resort was a hit for us, with a beachfront location perfect for our family. the staff quickly resolved any issues, and the outdoor pool was a hit with the kids. the property, though older, surpassed our expectations, especially considering the price.

Let's start with the good stuff, I really liked the little store they had on-site. It was super handy for grabbing snacks and drinks. Plus, the view of the ocean from the resort was absolutely gorgeous. Now, onto the not-so-great parts. The air conditioning in my room barely worked, and it was sweltering hot. The outside pool was closed during my entire stay, which was a bummer because who wants to swim inside on vacation, right? The cleanliness of the room was also a major issue, I found someone else's nails on the floor when I checked in, yikes! And don't get me started on the shower. Plus, water leaked into the room during a storm, not ideal. The lack of housekeeping was also a letdown. No one came to make the beds, change the towels, or even take out the trash. And the pull-out bed hadn't been changed at all. the spacious rooms and the helpful maintenance man who fixed the electrical issue were some silver linings. Sun N Sand has some potential, but they definitely need to step up their game when it comes to cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. It's a shame because the location and the price were quite good, but these issues seriously affected my stay.

We visited two outdoor ziplines soaring high above the water, feeling like superheroes! Then, we caught Legends In Concert, a show that rocked our socks off! It was like being in a live music video!
We wished the resort had a lively dance club where we could party all night long! .

Myrtle Beach getaway exceeded expectations. The location was pristine, and the staff, especially Kyanna, were friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze, and the parking garage was convenient. The room was impeccably clean and matched the pictures. The beach access was a major highlight, and the amenities like the outdoor pool and fitness center were great additions. a fantastic stay with no disappointments.
Elevators and front desk availability were inconsistent, and maid service was missed despite informing the front desk. Additionally, the room and shower had a slight off-balance effect, which made me a bit queasy.

beds like a dream, and staff polite and helpful. prime location right on beach. also, the lady at the front desk - kyanna - is gold. total gem. friendly - helpful - treated us like family. fantastic people. the rooms were nice and clean.

I was disappointed when the front desk manager refused to address the noise issue from the room above us, making our stay unpleasant. Nonetheless, the ocean view and convenient location made the trip worthwhile. I'll consider staying here again.
